Upon this earth we are the physical hands of the divine plan, each of us has a purpose,  to bring love, beauty and joy to our earth.

By beginning with purification we regain control over our mental and physical well being.

Once we are purified then we begin unfolding the many pedals of our beautiful, unique and special galactic flower, breathing the magnificent breath of life.

Each day I awaken within my own creativity. I embrace my difference. I embrace all elements within me that allow me to be me.

By name I am 7 by my creation, with all appreciation to consciousness for thy spirit is thy true self as for all.

In nature I am peace, I am all things, drifting on a wave of  receptive purity and divine creativity.

I will sing my creativity, I will dance my creativity , I will heal with my creativity . I am 7 by name.

One love to all for in the center of all is perfect light in the expression of love......

My deepest passion for establishing AHHC, is not to exclude other nationalities from group activation, it is to grasp the attention of an audience of race that seems to live with the most unaware understanding of health. I was once in a state of unawareness and I had no clue that everything I placed on and in my body would have an affect that eventually would lead my body down the road filled with bumps of the conditions that run rapid in this day. It would seem that the results of our eating and low physical activity would awaken all to the conclusion that something this not right with their current state. The weight gain, disease and lack of spiritual receptivity all begin with the input, however it seems, this is the most difficult aspect to understand in this day.

Through proper cleansing and eating, I my self was able to feel the best that I have all my life. At only 25, I feel better than I had in all my pre and post teen days, which were plagued with sleepiness and stagnant creativity. 

The statement "you are what you eat", is probably the most divine communication stated. In society, food is something that is thought should fill up your stomach, be cooked and should be eating 3 times a day, every day, this is so up side down and the cause of all society issues. Why in the purpose of creation would anything need to be re-created that is so perfect, and natural. I was so enlightened upon first learning about proper eating that I changed my habits right away, support is defiantly needed, and was of great assistance to thee during transition, thanks Artist my love*. In fact food is that which nourishes the cells to feed the outer body and also provides enzyme energy (which are destroyed when heat is applied) to fuel our inner light body . By fueling the inner body which is our true self, we become a manifestation of that which is our truth, and at the center of all is the truth of life, light and energy which translated is beauty, love and joy. By feeding the bodies cells, hunger is not as frequent and longer distances are placed in between meals naturally, preventing over eating and fullness which drains our bodies energy during the process of digestion.  I was unable to grasp this concept prior to cleansing, but once my journey of rebirth begun, love, beauty and joy became my only reality. Through eating living fruits and vegetables I was able to transform into that which was my inner truth of love, beauty and joy. Through purification by way of living fruits and vegetable and active weekly fasting, I began to dance like never before, I began to sing the most divine melodies, I began to paint, drum, to joyfully express my inner truth.  Unlike ever before, the meaning of life holds such favor within my daily activation. For I eat life, love all life, and bring divine inner creativity to life. This gift I pray to give all those who seek within their stage of evolutionary growth. For with refined input disease is no longer welcomed , sadness is a very distant relative, and low vitality is a thing of the past.

I smile the largest face muscle stretching smile when I ponder, that this magnificent journey has just begun. Care to join thee?

It truly is a beautiful life when the air is your sister, the water your brother, the sun light is your loving father and the earth is your mother, apart of all things and estranged from not. 

Upon my walk upon the glorious road of life, gleaming with the brightest light, I am joined by angels of the galaxy that all smile upon my success with generous well wishes. This is truly to be blessed. I shine and will always glow within this consciousness. Thus illumination begins.

 Life, I often write about life, because I have chosen this road to follow. The largest lesson that I have learned recently during my growth toward a more free spiritual existence beyond the mere physical trauma has been fear. Before we as aspects of the divine were split apart creating male, female, young, old, black, white, green and so on, we operated as 1. It is possible for us to live as 1 even if we physically are in separate bodies, because the internal is the same. Fear is the only aspect that separates 1 from another, fear is that which creates the need for protection,  fear is that which prevents us from living life fully. 

We should not be hard on our selves for feeling fear for when we are aware that are experiencing it, we have conquered the first huddle.

Support is needed to  banish fear, that is why it is very important to be surrounded or become surrounded by those that support your growth, and don't worry if you have not such a group through your good works the Universe will sense your desire and it shall be fulfilled.

What is fear? Fear is but residue that leaves an imprint on the impressions that we receive. The residue is from our past adventures upon the physical plane. Every action has a reaction, so therefore in the past we activated something that now we must learn from in order to take responsibility for that which we created, this is what is called karma. We also create what future karma we will be exposed to with every action, so it is good to send forth the energy of love in all that we do.

All feeling is the same. Have you ever noticed that a racing heart beat is the same for excitement as for horrible pain , it is only our past experiences which then determine how we categorize that feeling. The mind and the heart operate totally different. The mind operates from memory and the heart operates by sensation of love energy. We always experience love, we just are not aware.

So may we be warriors of the mind, combating all past impressions with that of absolute love, meditate on the center of our being, the oneness that completes our being as opposed to that which makes us feel afraid and incomplete. 

I give thanks to my supportive Partner, who through absolute love, helped me banish fear so that I now may continue on my path of illumination. For my purpose of life is to nurture all so that they be free with love-wisdom, that all may experience absolute love within thy presence.

Living Sun Kissed Broccoli Stir (Oriental Inspired, sat in the sun for 1 hour until soft; broccoli, red bell peppers, and Purple Onions in 7 created oriental Ginger/garlic sauce)

 This dish was inspired by a Live food Chef that is a friend of Body Ecology Latrice is a Live food chief Extraordinaire check her: www.lifeitdetox.com , this is aSunbaked  zish(mock fish) and hot sauce (Zucchini wrapped in nori then dehydrated with spices and purple onions and stuff),sided with 7 created "hottt" sauce.

 The above meal is a featured zish and zries, with hott sauce of coarse:-)

Who said Live was boring, it is the best thing that you can do you for you and it is the best taste you will ever experience.

 Ooh, my goodness thee was able to create a live-vegan- nutritional yeast free- cashew nacho chez, and it tastes exactly if not better than the nacho chez I was used to. It is so fun to create great tasting dishes and condiments below is a pic, I love this stuff, I give thanks to our mother nature, to whom is all perfect and within her is all things perfect as they were created*

This is a lovely collard green wrap, filled with avocado, Italian herb seasoning, purple onion, and tomato blended into creamy perfection, and closed with nacho jalapeno  nut cheese, a party of flavor, sure to satisfy any craving and fill you with goodness, topped with Italian Herb 7sauce.Pictured below and nope the string is not edible, just a good way to ensure togetherness of the wrap.

Below features Sun*Kabob, with purple onions, tomato, and corn(some without corn) with red bell peppers, marinated with Italian herb 7sauce and to sit in the sun until naturally energized. Below is my red bell pepper and tomato zesty sauce with garlic and purple onion blended with z noodles, all uncooked and perfect, just by changing the sauce blend you can also turn this into mac and cheese using nut cheese blended to perfection.

Through the appreciation for the master Robert Nesta Marley( the honorable Bob) , I gained true appreciation for sound and our own individual expression. The experience involves a pleasing display of dance, drum, and sound and even live foods, it is a total experience. Creativity is our blessing and may we do with it what we choose, with divine intent flowering within our hearts.

The 7 experience may seem named after me, but 7 is my chosen name through rebirth at the age of 25, i witnessed first hand my awakening in activation, documented for all to read who choose to mark their own evolution. For the internet and these tools are still apart of the illusion, but this is one of the only reliable ways to gather the people in order to help lead them to their divine internal light. However, music and dance expression will always be divine, thus the 7 experience is awakening you to your divine internal light so therefore you may consciously bring forth that internal light unto this plane, with love, beauty and joy.Through your special unique talents the world is blessed, I sing my divine tune, and dance my divine motion, together we live and love and inspire the creative fire within all.
